Cypress Mounds is a youth baseball and slow-pitch softball facility for ages five through adult play. Cypress Mounds worked in tandem with Ripken Management and Design as well as the architecture firm of Bani, Carville & Brown on the development and design of this facility.

Ripken Management and Design is a baseball and sports complex design firm based in Aberdeen, Maryland which draws on the experience of Bill Ripken and Cal Ripken Jr. to provide baseball facility design expertise. Cypress Mounds engaged RMD to evaluate the Baton Rouge and surrounding market for the suitability of a master planned baseball complex. The result of this evaluation was the design of a state of the art nine field complex with superior player and fan amenities. RMD provided all baseball related design services for Cypress Mounds.

Bani, Carville & Brown, a Baton Rouge architectural design firm, provided all of the detailed design services for the complex.
